Use "-" as an exception in the query.
Exclude all subdomains (hopefully not too many).
Here is an example of how to view subdomains from MS
site:microsoft.com -site:www.microsoft.com
Then take the list and write by analogy
site:mysite.com -site:dom1.mysite.com -dom2.mysite.com and so on.

Good afternoon. Initially, the site operator is provided for completely different purposes - searching for information on the site. The site:address.ru construct can give an approximate number of indexed pages. The exact number of indexed pages can be found in the "Indexing Status" section in Search Console.
PS Frankly, from the primary condition formulated in this way, it is not clear to me what task you need to solve.
