Who knows how the bookworm.evil.so story ended?
The last thing that was heard from the bookworm English forum was that Google decided to do something with the site. And the English speakers offered to stupidly score? because The site doesn't break anything. After a couple of days, the site closed forever without explanation.
The author does not respond to private messages.
What is the further fate of the project and the author?

I heard that allegedly Google banned all the proxies that the script used - but this is some kind of crazy reason for closing the project.
They also write that the author does not get in touch. I would like to believe that Google has nothing to do with it;)
In general, many thanks to the author of bookworm: thanks to his project, I got the opportunity to almost completely download several books, which are very difficult to buy in my country. Unfortunately, there are no analogues of bookworm (these suck habrahabr.ru/qa/21527/#answer_96074 ).
