Google PageSpeed: a significant difference from a site on a separate domain and in a folder?

I have dynamic routing set up for subdomains via htaccess, i.e. something like - we write sub1.site.ru, the site is displayed from the folder /site.ru/public/sub1/
So Google PageSpeed gives about 85 points for a site on a dynamic subdomain, I transfer the site within the same hosting to a real subdomain - bang! and get 99 points.
What is it connected with? htaccess gives such a load?

So look at what page speed swears at - he also writes, for which he lowers the rating. The server may take longer to respond, so the score is lower. Maybe it has to do with how the static is given off. You need to look at the mistakes and compare the results not only by points, but also by the report.

I agree with the previous answers and add one more possible reason: the size of the htaccess file itself, with a large amount of redirects in it, it takes a long time to load, which also affects the speed.
