How to get google results for a specific city?

Hello, how can I get a google search for a specific city?
How does it determine the current city? By Ip or by geo data? How can I change them so that google thinks I'm from another city?

Google has a page that describes several examples of how you can change the location.
And there is this item:
So shove the name of the city in your request :). From personal experience of parsing Google's results in cities, although not so big, I can say that it works perfectly.
