How to remove duplicate folders from Google Drive without destroying everything?

The organization has a shared folder in the drive Drive\ORGANIZATION_NAME\
Inside the project folder.
At first, several folders with projects were directly shared with me, and they dragged me to the root of the Drive.
Then I was given full access to the folder \NAME OF ORGANIZATION\ and of course it began to drag me entirely into the root of the Drive, although I expected that I could specify only those projects that I want to upload.
Now I have project folders in the root and they are in \ORGANIZATION_NAME\ which is also in my root.
How can I delete project folders from my root so that they don't disappear for everyone in ORGANIZATION_NAME\, including me?

You need to unshare sub-folders for each project. Those. in the end, you should only have the main folder of the organization.
