Why are new goods not unloaded from 1C to the scales?

Good afternoon. I have a 1C configuration Shtrikh-M: Grocery store edition 5.2 and scales Shtrikh print. Previously, everything worked, but the battery was replaced in the scales, after that the new goods are not unloaded onto the scales, although 1C writes when unloading that everything went well, the goods were unloaded. Maybe someone has already experienced something similar? Thank you.

check the setting in the scales Access to the PLU - by the product code, the goods may be unloaded into the scales
