Why are files "reborn"?

Help, I have windows 11 on my laptop. Usually, during rebirth, I work in sublime text in python (maybe this is the problem), go to the desktop (for aesthetics, I have it empty) and then BAM! The whole table is crammed with files, folders, archives that I deleted a long time ago. I'm emptying my cart, what's going on? The most annoying thing is that those files appear that interfere with the work of my projects. What to do?
