Why are files deleted so slowly from FreeNAS via samba?

From windows I go to the samba share on FreeNAS. I delete the folder. After that, the "Deletion.... Deletion is being prepared" window appears and can hang for 1-2 hours, then the same amount is deleted.
The number of files and the size is not to say that the prohibitive.
Through FTP, it is deleted a little faster, but not by much.

Most likely, the matter is in the implementation of SMB settings in windows ...
