Samba + smb proxy?

Given
There are two networks: mine is 192.168.0.0/24 and my neighbors are 10.0.0.0/8.
They are connected on the gateway under FreeBSD (192.168.0.1/10.0.0.5). On the gateway costs samba.
There is a shared directory on Win2008Serv (192.168.0.2) It is
necessary
to provide access to the directory on Win2008Serv through the gateway.
What has already been tried
1. Microsoft DFS, but unfortunately the links that lead to the internal server are not visible from the neighbor's network.
2. Mounted the directory with mount_smbfs to FreeBSD and shared it via samba. On client computers - "Invalid handle" when accessing the
Question directory. How can I implement what I need?
ps It was rumoredalso that samba4 implements "Samba4's CIFS proxy ntvfs", but I would like to look for other solutions.

ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=1174103&postcount=6 is described in detail here. in short, you need to forward the ports.
there was once a Hamachi program that allowed you to use balls through a router.

Try searching for another subnet , if, of course, I understand you correctly.

And what prevents people from 10.0.0.0/8 from directly accessing the ball 192.168.0.2 times they are connected on the FreeBSD gateway (192.168.0.1/10.0.0.5) subnets are combined on a linux gateway, which is not much different from the fribsd gateway.
