Where to host a mail server?

Good afternoon. We want to move our mail server to an external site in order to increase the availability of the service for users.
Description of the parameters of the current server:
Processor: Intel I5 750
RAM: 4Gb (we plan to increase to 16Gb)
Disk space:
partition A - 1Tb(raid10) for OS and DB,
Partition B - 3 Tb for OS backup
: FreeBSD 7 (we plan to switch to latest version)
Mail components: Postfix, Сyrus, Kaspersky Mail Gateway…
Mailboxes: About 200.
There is no experience in this matter yet, so I ask for help in choosing the right solution.
