Why are distributions interrupted in Deluge?

On the server is Deluge with a WEB interface and distributes a couple of torrents through a private tracker. As soon as I added the torrents, they flared up normally. Then, after about a day, the error "Tracker status: nnm-club.info: Error: Not Found" or "Error: Host not found (authoritative)" appears on both. I restart the torrents - it continues to distribute, a day later it gets up again and so on in a circle. I don’t know who is to blame: the tracker or the torrent client.
Deluge stands last.
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
deluged: 1.3.13
libtorrent: 1.0.9.0

They constantly have errors - it's not easy to deal with blocking. Use µTorrent and DHT.
