AMD Ryzen 5 2600
MSI B450-A PRO Powercolor
Radeon RX 580 Red Dragon OC 8GB
the maximum frequency is 2933, and the other 3200?

On the same processor, my RAM worked at 3533, and this is not the limit.
Do you have exactly the same planks? Skinte screenshots where you can see different frequencies.
Well, try to drive to 3000, then to 3200, what will happen?
