First RAM slot not working after CPU replacement?

ЦП:	QuadCore Intel Xeon E3-1270, 3500 MHz (35 x 100)
Системная плата:	Asus P8H61-M LX2 R2.0
Память: DIMM3: Kingston HyperX KHX1600C9D3/4GX две штуки 1333 (667 МГц) разгону не подвергалась.

After replacing the processor from the intel core i52300 to the Intel Xeon E3-1270, the computer turns on with only one RAM in the second slot (two slots in total).
I tried to combine swap RAM, tried to use a third-party working RAM.
In all cases, the launch takes place only if there is one RAM in the second slot (on the right).
In other cases, the computer does not start, that is, coolers start without a characteristic signal (one squeak) from the computer.
In other words, just a black screen.
Bios updated to the latest available, no results.
I tried to smoke specialized forums on these topics, but I did not find a solution to the problem.
Infa either does not quite correspond to my problem, or indicates the inoperability of iron.
With iron, in my case, everything is in order, before changing the processor, both dies worked like clockwork.
Please, tell me what could be the problem, mb who faced and how it can be solved?
If additional information is needed, please specify. I would appreciate any support in resolving this issue.

It can be anything from debris in the connector or microcracks to a burnt controller.
There may be a problem with the BIOS firmware or microcode.
Some of these problems are detected by a debug board that can show POST codes , and with the rest it’s better to go to the workshop, where there is a test bench and everything related.
Despite the fact that the mother is slightly not new, it may be more profitable to buy another (even used) than to diagnose this one.
If the old percent is alive - try to return it and fill in the latest bios.

I had such a problem.
It turned out that the problem was in the bent legs of the processor socket and a piece of dirt in the same place.
All day I thought that it was wrong, because yesterday both RAM slots were working.
I took a new one bar, inserted it into the first slot - the PC starts.
Then I inserted the same bar into the second slot - the PC does not start.
I took two new identical strips, inserted both - the PC does not start.
I remembered what I had done with the PC before and remembered that I had changed the thermal paste on the processor, I took it out to clean its cover and brushed off the dust near the socket with a brush, well, I swept along the way that a couple of legs were bent a little (or maybe a very cooler pressed against the processor). I took a toothpick and aligned these two legs in the socket.
I also carefully examined the socket again and saw that under one of the legs a piece of dirt was lying around.
In general, I aligned the socket legs, removed all the dirt, and when I installed the cooler (and I have it on screws), I did not tighten it as much as before.
After all these machinations, the PC started up instantly with two sticks of RAM.

If you return the old percent everything is ok?

@Sanchogus

The contact broke in the socket, which most likely goes to the first channel.

So how did it end? What was the cause of the problem?
Added: 06/12/2020.
Under a magnifying glass, I saw several cracks on the processor textolite that pass through the contacts in the upper left corner.
For me the issue is closed.

I checked, everything works, went to my place, turned it on - everything worked! But after that I have - NiHren ((the hardware is new, everything is perfectly clean, (I collected the computer more than once) carefully put everything back, there are no teeth on the protsik, there is nothing to bend, but it works only when the RAM is inserted into the first slot ...
