Purchased RAM not working?

Hi friends!!
Help me please!! SCREENS AND GUNS OF THE NOUT AT THE VERY BOTTOM!!
Notebook old 2009 release Acer Aspire 6930G.
1 failure was associated with the motherboard, due to which the laptop "hardly hung". Repair cost 15,000 rubles. After the motherboard, the video chip
Nvidia Geforce 8600M GS 512 MB flew (before this video chip was ATI radeon 4650HD 1 GB, it flew even before Nvidia Geforce 8600M GS 512 MB), the chip was repaired 5000 rubles.
After all this, 1 bar of RAM flew (native since 2009), identifying which RAM was broken by the method of elimination, I decided to buy it.
There were 2 sticks of 2 GB "ELPIDA 2GB 2Rx8 PC2-5300S-5 5 5 12-E1" one of them broke. I bought this one: https://www.dns-shop.ru/product/40bd77d179d33330/o...
After inserting it (purchased), the laptop does not read it.
Bios and Windows say I have 2046 MB of memory, BUT CPU-Z says 2 slots (out of 2 on my laptop) are BUSY. And it shows that I have 4 GB of RAM.
Thinking that this was a marriage, I went back to the CSN and changed it to the same one,
changed it, came, inserted it, NOTHING! After all, AMD is a proven manufacturer !!
Tried everything!!! I went into msconfig, the checkmark for maximum memory stood for a long time! Updated firewood!!!
Nothing helps!!

Try 1 old one (put the working memory bar alternately in both slots to make sure that both slots work, and then also try 1 new bar. So you will understand what does not work - memory or motherboard.
Judging because you have a lot of "burning" - there may be problems with the north bridge (with the motherboard) ...

Try installing the new memory separately, without the old module. If it doesn't work, the memory may not be compatible with the motherboard. Have you tried changing places? Maybe something with the socket.
