What is the best secondary monitor for a programmer?

The essence of the question is: I choose a question for extending the laptop display. In order for all the necessary information to be placed on the screen. I mainly do web back-end.
The laptop has a native resolution of 1366 * 768 The
question is which monitor is better to choose in a pair?
16*9 or 21*9 It is
better to take 25 inches and 2560*1440 or 27 inches 1920*1080
Or any of your options. So far, I have only decided on the IPS matrix.
Open to any suggestions and ready to listen to your personal experience.
Thanks in advance!

@DmitriyEntelis

if the budget and the video card allow - then 27 "3840x2160
if they do not allow - 27 inches 1920 * 1080

24 is better, 27 is too big for me.
For example, this ASUS PA248Q.
And based on your laptop in the previous question , there is no need to chase resolution.

The bigger, the better. Moreover, physical resolution does not really play a role.
At first it will be a little unusual, but then you won’t be able to live without it.
I have 2 monitors 27 + 21 at home, at work I have a laptop + 2 monitors 24, it's very very convenient.
I saw guys with 4 and 5 monitors and nothing, they are enjoying life.
