Why are background programs duplicated?

At a certain point, some background programs start to duplicate in Windows 10?
I notice a slight slowdown and a short-term freeze in the sound (if something is being played), I open the task manager and see that some programs are duplicated.

At the same time, the Wi-Fi on the laptop falls off, just not a single network is visible.
This is observed both in Windows 10 and in 7 (the second OS is installed)
