Error when launching Grunt JS from command line on Windows XP. The grunt command on the command line does not work. How to fix?

Decided to start diving into Grunt. And here's the problem - I can not run the "grunt" command in the Windows XP command line. (Windows XP Professional. ServicePack 3). The following error is thrown:
""grunt" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file."

Oh, I don’t know if you solved it or not, but probably the first thing to check is whether you installed
node.js and then grunt itself?
