Why, after switching from a discrete video card to a built-in one, did I start to lag and hang??

discrete video card (was) -gt210 (there were no lags, but the fps was less than on the built-in one)
built-in video card - intel HD Graghics (Ivi Bridje) (the fps increased significantly but lags appeared, although even the percent is loaded by 50 percent maximum
- Celeron G1620 2.70 GHz
motherboard - Asrock H61M-VG3
I don’t know what happened to the discrete video card (gf210), but it broke and switched to the integrated video card for a while, I was already glad when the fps went from 60 and then the lag, hover, for about 2 seconds, but the percentage is not loaded I will be glad to answer.

I got a blue screen and then after starting the vidyaha broke down, I don’t know why, and then I switched to the built-in and started to lag, everything began to work more slowly, for example, games started 30 seconds and now 2 minutes
