No boot disk has detected + bootmgr together, how to fix?

We accidentally moved the main disk to another and now it says BOOTMGR is missing at startup. I wanted to put a bootable USB flash drive in order to restore it, but instead it writes error no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed. In the BIOS, I have not rearranged anything, I need help, urgently!

Windows was badly written to the flash drive. I redid it through the USB-HDD + format, the flash drive was defined as Windows and went.

Hi, if I understand correctly, you "disconnected" the boot disk, and connected the "other". Return the old one back, check the physical connection, set the boot order if necessary. Should help

I correctly understood it was replaced (with another) main disk?
If so, then it clearly writes "NO SITSEMNY DISK". (This is the disk on which the OS is installed.)
Install the OS and enjoy life.

leave the main disk, physically disconnect others
try to boot...
if it doesn't work - edit BOOTMGR
