Why, after recompiling the apk file without errors, signing it, a syntax error crashes on the device (Screenshots below)?

I decompiled the apk, then compiled it again without changes, signed it and tried to run it, an error occurred. The original application itself works on my phone, android version 6.0.1 mmb29m. Everything I did can be seen in the attached photos, it seems like there were no mistakes anywhere. How to fix it so that the apk starts running? Recompilation was done with apktool 2.3.1.
