How to translate tomcat servlet to andorid?

Hello everyone
There is an application running on Tomcat. how can i translate it to android? (It seems like you can leave the java code, you just need to make a different wrapper for android?)
Or is the question not incorrect at all and you can’t do this?

servlet as a class without implementation (like only interfaces), and apache tomcat itself gives implementation to the servlet. Where to download tomcat on android :D
