Why after installing win 7 64-bit PC began to lag?

Hi all.
Hardware:
Intel Pentuim G620
4GB RAM
There is no separate video card.
The computer was heavily clogged with various programs, there was a win 7 32 bit OS. The PC flew (the performance index was at the level of 5.9). Demolished Windows, cleaned everything, installed win 7 64-bit and the clean PC already began to slow down just when opening chrome. Performance began to be written 1.0 (due to graphics and graphics for games). What's the matter? The processor is weak and does not pull 64-bit?

Install video card drivers.

Drivers for video are not installed or did not get up, or a curve / inappropriate version of the drivers. Perhaps there are still some drivers missing. Perhaps in chrome, rendering acceleration is enabled / disabled due to the video card.

Performance began to be written 1.0 (due to graphics and graphics for games).

It contains a hint which drivers are missing. And in the absence of drivers for a video card, Windows uses the built-in VGA driver (which can only put pixels in video memory in order to display a picture on the screen, there is no question of any fast rendering).

It was necessary to leave the OS 32 bits and roll fix128 onto it from the root tracker, so that 4-128 GB of RAM instead of 2.75 ... 3.5 GB would be determined (it would become 36 bits via PAE).

It does not make sense to install a 64-bit version of any OS if you have less than 8 GB of RAM, well, download the driver)
