Assemble an inexpensive (used?) computer
Due to the fact that the number of computers in the apartment is less than the number of people living in it, it is necessary to assemble another one (basically, apart from the browser and the office, nothing will be used on it, Windows OS). The budget is probably up to 5t.r.
There is Athlon X3 450 (with 4 cores) and MA770T-UD3. Maybe two more 2GB DDR3 sticks.
Is it worth it to collect on the basis of this processor and motherboard? Or sell them for 3t.r.? If you sell, what to take instead of them? (can be used)
Actually it is necessary:

Go to some local forum in the "flea market" section or www.avito.ru/ and choose what suits the price.
You need any budget graphics card like Nvidia GT520. You can find an extra case from friends / colleagues or buy any for a can of beer.
I would recommend buying a new hard drive.
The power supply costs a penny, many houses have those that come with the case lying around. Any monitor for the remaining amount.
Leave the stone and the mother, the simplest video card, better with a passive one (they are a little more expensive, but quiet) is about 1200r. Take the case so that the PSU power is more than 450 watts of Chinese -1000r. If you take an SSD, then some OCZ Agility 3 gigs for 60 ~ 2300 rubles. You can take a simple monitor and 19 "and 20", but the resolution will be 1366x768 ~ 3200r
You can try to give up your mother on a G-chipset or from NV, perhaps for 200-300 rubles you will get an exchange, but any video, even a used socket plug will be more expensive. With the rest, you can look at your hands and already choose options. Screws are very expensive now, I myself took an SSD and recommend them - maybe a little more expensive, but the computer will not blunt at the most necessary moments (when work is in progress), or you can even take a large USB flash drive and put Ubuntu on it (I have an 8- gigovoy costs, about the desktop, you need to see how much it will write to the swap).
On the other hand, if you find a complete version of the computer (perhaps with a monitor), it will certainly be cheaper than buying components in parts. I prefer to take the previous / previous tops from my hands, then you can save a lot, but get good performance, and the top components usually have a large margin of safety, which allows them to be overclocked. But this, of course, is not for an 8k budget for everything. So you can take some default computer of the Athlon X2 level - it’s quite suitable for the Internet, and it won’t hit your pocket.
