How to choose a cooling system?

I was advised to navigate by TDP, but I cannot find information on this parameter either in the processor characteristics or in the search filters on Yandex.Market. I know that the IceHammer IH-4500 model is excellent, but I would like something less massive in size, because. case will not close. In other words, I need a cooler that, with its potential, will cover the operating temperature of my processor at the most modest price and dimensions. How can I use the search to find the right model for me? I would be grateful for a hint.

If you switch to the English version of the site, you will see TDP. In the Russian version, this is "Designed power" (95 W).
Ideally, if you plan to use it under maximum loads for long periods of time, take it not right back to back, but with a small margin. Something in the range of 100-120W.
