Who withdrew from UpWork to Tinkoff (important details inside)?

Good time!
I work for UpWork, I withdraw money to a USD account with Alfa-Bank. Now I want to go abroad for a few months. I started a Tinkoff Black USD card, because heard good reviews about it. Well, Tinkov has no commission for cashing out at other people's ATMs. Well, a chip card (more secure). I thought that I would link an Alfa-Bank card, I would store part of the funds there, and transfer part to Tinkov.
Surprise (was at least for me)! It is impossible to link a currency card for replenishing Tinkov! Currency transfers from card to card in the Russian Federation are prohibited, only from account to account. And in this case, a sickly commission from Alpha.
So I’m thinking about reconfiguring the withdrawal of money from upwork to Tinkoff. Who did it? Share your experience. In particular interested in:
1. Does Tinkov have unnecessary questions (currency control, where does the $ come from)?
2. How reliable is the method (I read somewhere about sanctions freezing accounts for some freelancers)?

Make out an individual entrepreneur, start a foreign currency account, pay taxes, sleep peacefully. There will be no unnecessary questions, only on the case.

Such issues are resolved with the bank. Apparently you have chosen the wrong bank if they cannot answer. Or feel free to ask. Do you do everything according to the comments on the Internet?

1 tinkov has the same questions as alpha on currency control, you still provide paperwork for each operation
2 on the basis of sanctions, your foreign account can be frozen, not
the Russian one tinkov’s withdrawal abroad is not a free withdrawal in russia read about it

When receiving dollars to the account of an individual in Tinkoff, they demanded an agreement for currency control (but once for all subsequent receipts, not every time, as in the case of individual entrepreneurs).
I took cash from Tinkoff's USD card only in Europe, everything was fine with the exchange rate there (including a favorable exchange rate for all local "tugriks" other than the euro), I won't tell you about Tai.
