Inexpensive services for getting customer comments on design?

A website, a mobile interface, a picture are drawn. Next, a prototype or static is laid out. What inexpensive ways to collect customer comments do you know, a la InVision or techdesigner.ru, where you point at an element with the mouse and write a comment in that place?
Interested in services or ways to quickly and reliably exchange opinions on WIP work, in addition to invision and other inadequately expensive services. ($200 every year - suitable for large companies, but not a freelancer who already has money to spend)

PS. I thought I could write down such a thing on my site using the jquery plugin, though I already lost the name of the plugin ... Maybe tell me too, if it’s already here, this is it ..)

invision, redpen.io, thousands of them. It's better to show the prototype live, or at least via Skype + one of the tools for marking.
