Hello formites, I fell into depression completely. I don’t understand what’s wrong with me, I just can’t make money freelancing.
I have been studying layout for 1.5 years already, the beginning will turn out to be something normal (www.master-web.zzz.com.ua).
I registered on freelance.ru, bought a premium account, sent about 30 applications, but so far no one has chosen. Maybe I'm not selling right? Or is the profile badly designed?

Starting freelancing is ruining yourself like a pro. In freelancing, the growth of qualifications is very slow. Beginners now at least eat booty - their crowds. And few people need them, and if they are given a job, then only for food.
You need to work in an office. Even for pennies. The office must have colleagues in your specialization, whose qualifications are higher than yours. These 2 years - and will mean a real increase in qualifications.
And to start freelancing .... 5-7 years of freelancing = 2 years in person in an office with strong professional colleagues.
