Who will tell you a laptop for study?

The last time I bought a computer was more than five years ago (a candy bar from HP is at the figure eight) and is completely "out of touch" with current trends. You need a laptop for a student for the following tasks:
1. Office, more than PowerPoint, of course;
2. Programming: Unity, C#, Python;
3. it may be necessary to work in conjunction with a graphics tablet (drawing).

I don’t know where to start looking at all, it’s definitely not Lenovo, so that they don’t say good things with them: my last laptop was Lenovo and this is the only computer that I remember with hatred. I would like 14", but I don't know how suitable it is for programming. Wild, in general.

Yes, an important clarification: the budget is about 60 thousand rubles or a little higher.

Definitely not Lenovo
every manufacturer of anything, even computers, even cars, even TVs, has successful models, unsuccessful and completely shitty. Because everyone wants to capture the entire market and produces different products for different segments. Accordingly, do not try to choose by brand, choose first by characteristics, and then narrow your search by reviews and reviews.
Is the laptop going to be used by itself, without connecting to an external monitor? If so, then you need to dance from the user's eyes. I'm comfortable at 13 "with 1920x1080, but for some it's very small. For some, the 17" screen is basically small, at any resolution. The bottom line - 1920x1080 is the minimum at which almost all modern applications more or less comfortably fit into the screen.
Next is the keyboard. Most laptops are terrible. All business-oriented laptops have normal ones, but they are expensive for the most part. Key: the arrows are like on ordinary keyboards, and not so that they are of different sizes; there is an Fn row, and they are not all together there, but again, as in ordinary claves - they are separated by blocks of 4; in principle, there are all the buttons (without perversions like Insert - this is Fn + something and so with half the buttons). Separate PgUp-PgDown is also highly desirable. when it's fn + arrows, it's basically usable, but not so convenient for programming.
Next is cooling. Modern processors can work slowly if they are supplied with poor cooling, and quickly if they are good. Therefore, you can find 2 laptops on the same i7, but with completely different performance. You can learn about this only from the reviews, of course, the manufacturer will not tell you what he saved on cooling.
The matrix is better matte than glossy. Well, I wrote about the resolution at the very beginning - 1920x1080 and higher.
