Better read this thread on stackoverflow , look at such an application , and just look on the Internet, for sure there should already be a solution. After all, interactive menus in cafes do this. And on Habré, this has already been asked.

Coincidence! I have been studying this issue for several days. I also need to put a tablet in the cafe so that one site is spinning on it in full screen mode. So far, the solutions found are
