Who took courses from Otus? Reviews? Opinions?

Hello. Has anyone taken Otus courses, specifically Python Developer? Or maybe at least heard what results it gives?
It’s just that there are no reviews or opinions of students on the network, but I don’t want to buy a pig in a poke.

I took Python web development. Gives a lot. Skills that you can't easily acquire like celery, jenkins graphana, a lot of things.
and most importantly - you do tasks, then your project and get a review code from top developers.
Worth your money. Get ready to take the time. Saturday is spent entirely on homework, plus you still have to do it on weekdays.
By the way, I personally know a guy who, after a course, a Python developer (who is ordinary, not web) was taken to Yandex.

I tried to study Kotlin at Otus, the reviews seem to be written by their employees, I have not seen such a bottom yet. Teachers are late, they do not prepare for lectures, they carry such nonsense with their hair on end. But there is a plus, I listened to three lectures, it came to an understanding that I was not ready to pay for it and they returned the amount to me in full, because the realization came in time, if later, they would have calculated it. Thanks to them for this, and if you read reviews on the Internet, then they don’t have this on one course, the system can be traced.

Hello. I work for OTUS. For those who want to get feedback from real students, I can advise you to join our telegram chat. The chat actively communicates with current / former / future students, as well as teachers. The atmosphere is very friendly and you can get first-hand reviews, so to speak. Just in case, I will leave a link to the chat https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAAo-Vju7cjFSfjZeeg

You can search on the tracker for records of their courses.
There are good advanced courses in python on Pluralsight

It is very strange that you did not find any reviews, when I was choosing courses, I saw a lot of reviews about Otus. I have a lot of positive things with them. I bought a preparatory course, watched it, and after that I passed the test for the main one. The preparatory course in C ++ there is a video there. Everything is intelligible, the quality is pleasant, the sound does not float. to improve qualification nuances - very convenient training.

we started with building a simple REST API, and as a result, there were microservices later) a lot of practice, but I love this. In principle, the services were only needed, the application was created. New topics were dosed massively and concentratedly, I respect this approach.

Right now I'm thinking of taking something new that OTUS has in the proposals that will still be. Take a look at the website, there are a lot of interesting things. They usually start up quickly, do not pull with new courses. And their teachers are not from the street, all people are known. Vaam, with your requests it will be interesting, I think.
