How not to be scattered in training?

I have been programming for 1.5 years. I tried a lot: machine learning, process automation, layout, web, etc. I

settled on the web. And then I decided to make a plan of my training. Everything is well chosen by the stack: Python/Django, Vuejs. Everything is fine, there is a plan, you can study calmly. But there is one obstacle here. I start running. So today I need to work on django, but I’ll definitely just try typescript. Tried. I returned to django, and it takes about 1.5 hours and then I want something else, I will write my library in pure js.

So what is the essence of my question: how not to spread out in training and focus on one technology. Don't get me wrong, I follow my plan every day, but I can't focus on deep learning, I definitely need to try something new. So how can I not be scattered, but deeply immersed in one technology?

The effect of a rat finding a lever that turns on electrodes in its brain.
You grab onto new technology, play with it, have fun, dopamine splashes in your blood.
And you undertake to dig deeper - there is already a routine, it is not interesting, the level of dopamine drops and the brain is looking for how to raise it. Yes, here you are - you have to drop everything, grab one more toy, and you will get a new dose.
As long as such behavior is not accompanied by a release of cortisol, because you really need to do business, and you are indulging, you will “push the lever”.
You can start by checking what you have learned in these 1.5 years. On some tests that will poke your nose in the mud and show that you are a complete ignoramus, grabbed the top, but seriously mastered nothing.
Well, it's banal to get out of this very notorious comfort zone. Spoil yourself this good mood, create stress. He motivates.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that if you do one thing for a long time, you will get tired of it anyway. Especially when you are learning on your own. Nothing forces you to learn, you are "free". You can try to try not to touch other things except one. If you want, then force them not to do it. Willpower, in short. Maybe a stupid answer, but oh well)

It's not clear exactly how you learn.
If you have learned the basics, just write some thread of your hobby project more, which will take you half a year at least. So you won't run.
