Look at internship programs at large companies. The rest is slag and money grabbing. Some companies even give you a scholarship while you study. But the admission criteria are no weaker than in some companies when applying for a real job.

In certain narrow niches, certifications will be a plus (cisco, oracle, microsoft...), but in others you need to think very hard before including them on your resume. After all, if a person guessed to go to courses, this can say a lot: he does not have a specialized education, he did not spend a couple of years on his specialization himself, i.e. has not gained the cherished experience, moreover, he can expect that he should be trained at work. Also, due to the fact that the courses are paid, people tend to think that they speak the truth in the first instance (it’s paid, you need to memorize everything tightly!), And it’s difficult to relearn. In general, you run the risk of double screening when applying for a job if you do not override your courses with worthwhile experience.

Elizaveta Borisova is right. The CISCO Academy or Microsoft certificates (which are paid) are valued in narrow circles.
More significant, after all, will be: internships at Yandex / Google / Mail.ru, victories in CTF / hackathons, your performances at meetups (more or less well-known).

Any courses are nothing more than one of the many ways to "honestly take money from the population." Not every one of those who received a university diploma in the specialty of a programmer is able to work as a programmer, and even the most "prestigious" courses do not give even a hundredth of a percent of the knowledge that can be obtained at a university.
Of course, employers know all this and will not even look at your paper about the completion of some super courses. You will simply be given a test task and, based on the results of its implementation, they will make a decision on employment
Threat All that they will tell you at the most super-duper courses, you can learn from 3-5 relatively inexpensive (and even free in electronic form) books on the topic

Courses are not valued.
Experience is valued.
Experience in large companies with a name is appreciated.
Work experience in the same profile that the employer needs is valued.
