Correspondence (distance) education for moving. Will uni work?

Welcome all. I plan to get my first higher education, but because I work full time, the choice is limited to remote. I found MIT https://mti.edu.ru/ the conditions are generally satisfactory, but the question is whether the diploma of this institution will be quoted when moving to another country? Will it become an obstacle?
I like Sweden, I would like to live there, but as far as I know, getting a visa there is quite difficult.
Or can you recommend any other university with distance learning? Thank you.
