I want to enter a foreign university. Advise where you can see the selection of countries, universities, grants

Language: English preferred
Country(s): Mostly Europe, but would like to explore all possible scholarships
Tuition fees: either a grant or free for international students, or very inexpensive
Specialty: either IT or Management

Of course I study this issue myself, so in don’t send google)
It’s just that you probably already bookmark some sites or experiences that you want to share)

A friend of mine applied to study in the Czech Republic, where it is free when passing entrance exams, if I'm not mistaken. I can find out more, write to me.

At one time I was interested in studying in Finland. For foreigners, education in universities for bachelors is free. You can easily find training in English. There are universities, for example in Jyväskylä, where entrance exams can be taken in Russia. In an IT specialty, this is usually English and a core subject.

I know about South Korea - at Korean University you can study for free in master's and doctoral studies. I don't know about bachelor's degree. You need a more or less normal TOEFL / IELTS score and an average score in the diploma above 4.
