Where to get resources for study and how to practice.
I know Js, c#, PHP, python, what protocols are, how the Internet works.
What else needs to be learned, where to get resources for studying.
And most importantly, how to practice. I think that I need to look at this area from a different angle.
Maybe someone knows books, or sites.

These things are not taught anywhere. First you become a professional programmer with a broad outlook and deep knowledge, and then you learn on your own in a research mode. To hack a site like Habr, you must first be able to write a site like Habr.
