Self-development and speed, what is needed for this?

Good afternoon / night / morning everyone, I want to ask just one thing, what do I need to study so that I can quickly write a program in the same notebook? I mean, technologies that do not have strong dependencies on installed software or a virtual machine (I wrote in Java, but for some reason I didn’t like it either with syntax or something else). Thank you for your attention and answer.
