Info-kiosk to school - how to secure it?

Hello!
There is a task on a terminal with Windows 7 (a regular PC with a touch screen) to make it possible only to launch Google Chrome in incognito mode.
But at the same time, nothing else should be available when you turn on the computer, only Chrome, which cannot be minimized or closed or launched anything else.
Help please =)
