But still - who worked with Odesk on the part of the employer?

He worked almost 3 days in a regime of 5 hours a day; I don’t know if he was a pumped Indian or just a workaholic - the deadline was 2 weeks. He received my laudatory review and almost a piece of bucks ... Then I strangled the toad for a very long time. Especially when I found out how simple everything was - the client returned for the long term, I had to hire a junior and carpet with him on that funny proprietary thing. Without knowing anything, we met the last deadline on the move, and the quality was not much inferior (although there was something to rely on, the next order was somewhat more difficult).
In fact, all this canvas is to the top that you most likely do not need a foreign exchange, and given that it is really very expensive, it is not worth it. It is adequate as long as you need either very quickly, or a lot, or something that only a few can do.
Noda is mainstream. Here is my advice - understand a little in the field. No, don't do everything yourself, just figure it out. Find an intelligent junior by node and download the required skills. It is much cheaper, and most importantly - more efficient, because here we are also investing in experience.
