I would like to register an individual entrepreneur and work with my freelance customers “on the fly” (I am a programmer, I work on creating websites, remotely). But there is one problem - as far as I understand, my customers do not need any trouble with contracts / acts of acceptance and delivery of work and do not want to bother with it. Yes, and when I am in one city, and the customer is in another, it is not so easy.
One problem follows from this - how can one officially receive money into an account, but at the same time not have contracts? maybe there is some option with a public offer?
I have a friend of the IP, he suggested such an option as "put yourself a cash register" and break through the checks. How realistic/legal is this?

Cash desk for IP is quite troublesome.
I can offer this option: conclude an agreement with the payment system (for example, with rbkmoney.ru). You issue an invoice to customers for payment using the payment system, they pay in a convenient way (bank card, electronic money, etc), the money is credited to the account in the payment system. At any time, you can order the transfer of funds to the account, while for the tax everything is beautiful (agreement, reporting documents) and no dancing with z-reports at the checkout. Minus - a commission for withdrawing funds, something about 3%. But the cash register is not free.
Another plus: at the checkout for each operation, you will have to report to the tax authorities. When passing funds through the payment system, you report only for the operations of transferring funds to the account. For example, I withdraw funds once a quarter (although they arrive at the PS almost daily). Accordingly, reporting is only for one operation, which is much simpler.

And you can ask - why do you need it? Do you really want to pay taxes in Russia?

The contract is not obligatory (although it is desirable because it reduces the likelihood of disagreements), instead of it you can issue an invoice for services in which all the conditions are prescribed, in this case this invoice will be considered an agreement, its payment means acceptance of all the conditions. The act is desirable, because in which case it will allow to prove that the services were rendered in full.
PS: How much do you have to pay to the funds you already know? :)

Yes, register as a store. If there is no store or site at all, you can invoice using a link that is easily generated using a URL.
An account is not required for payment.

By the way, the option with a public offer and its acceptance in the form of a 50% prepayment can also work as a replacement for a classic contract. At one time we discussed this with a lawyer friend, and there is no need to send papers for signatures to each other.
And here is the option with a payment system when developing websites, because it is designed to sell goods, not services, how to arrange services? Or maybe as a sale of software?
