Hello.
I have been working professionally in call centers for more than 10 years. I automate, analyze, save, improve, increase conversion by technical means, a couple of times I built to order and bare concrete rooms, I design and implement crm (I am a certified implementer of amocrm). At the moment I work as a manager and modernize call center of a large company with 500k incoming and outgoing calls per month.
There is a lot of free time left, because I'm used to the Moscow rhythm, and the company is regional and slow.
Question: where to look for freelance, provided that only remote work or infrequent personal meetings in St. Petersburg?
I’ll say right away that I don’t want to leave my job, because the salary in the region is 2.5 times higher than in Moscow for this position.

Be glad that you have a lot of free time. It will not work in a week to introduce electronic document management (let's call it that). You know this better than me. Therefore, it is either empty or dense.
Focus on maintenance (quality control). Connect methodologists, listen in on calls, write manuals, conduct staff training. There is a constant turnover in call centers, now the new recruitment season is just beginning.
