Who should make up the development team to create a mobile app?
I decided to create a startup related to a mobile application, but I myself am not a programmer, but a manager, so I am not well versed in programming. I want to recruit a team of like-minded people from my university (MEPhI), but I don't know who such a team should consist of (i.e. how many programmers and designers should be). And should there be a third-party, more experienced programmer in the team to organize the team?

everything is simple: you need a designer - you need a designer, the minimum number of programmers is usually equal to the number of parts involved (iOS, Android, server). In rare cases, some components can be made by one developer (for example, both iOS and Android). When adding more people, productivity will not increase linearly, so everything depends on the level of the team, the ability to parallelize work on parts of the application, the levels of interaction and the scale of the project.
Regarding the organization of the team - this should be determined within the team. You are the manager. Enter daily/standup/planning meetings, scams/kanbans, continious integration and delivery... Technical points can be defined by the team.
I've been on different teams, noob teams, pro teams, mixed teams.
Find at least one experienced partner / employee who will help you in the selection of the rest of the team (if you need several people), which will save you from many mistakes. With whom you can consult on various issues.
And it is best if such a person had experience in creating such mobile applications.
