What's a super convenient way to keep a record of your beginnings and future developments?

Hello gentlemen.
I have the most terrible organizational issue of all!
I'm a beginner in programming, electronics, robotics :)
I would like to start something for recording sequential actions, goals, naturally visual sample (photos) and the like. But the problem is that I have no idea where I could conveniently do this. I am a person who needs a clear sequence, a reason and an end goal.
This is one of the main reasons. I don't know what can actually be done here. Thought about an anonymous blog, but it won't be that anonymous either. I have no idea.
Ask! Help me please!

excel, google docs. Or if you really need it visually, then make a board with goals (photographs of goals) at home or draw a diagram. This is to see it on the table every day and stimulate yourself to do something :)

The best solution for you will be what you get used to. Seriously, don't waste your time looking for the perfect tools, search half your life. Designate goals, if you want, draw a simple diagram like "I want to get this and that" and choose a good solution for these tasks.
Develop a methodology then it will be clearer how to change it. For example, I keep a list of projects in the form of an online mindmap, a branching structure organizes everything well, and a list of tasks in todoist.
I simply write down the most operational tasks on a piece of paper and cross them out. Not a particularly logical system, but it works.
I want to crawl on GTD.

Trello is a task manager, simple and convenient.
