Who knows what is causing this error when starting windows 10?

Every time I download I get this error. I can't remove it at all. I have to close it every time and it's annoying. Can anyone suggest a solution?

And the second link on Google says otherwise: If stat.exe is causing errors on your computer,... . That this is byaka, indirectly says what is launched from the user profile.
And note that you are running a batch file. You can search for *.bat or *.cmd containing stat.exe.
