What to do with XULRunner 6.0?

Started learning XULRunner. I downloaded 6.0 on Windows, but the examples do not want to run. The XULRunner.exe process hangs in the task manager, but there are no windows. Under 1.9.1.19 everything works fine.
What has changed, why applications are not visible?

Ran into the same thing once. The bottom line is that between 6.0 and 1.9.x the API has changed many times, so most of the old examples don't work. And to be honest, I don’t even know what to do with this, except to parse each line for changes in the API ...

This is not about XUL, but about Remote XUL - a feature that allows you to download XUL documents via HTTP, just that. It represented a potential security hole and was therefore modified
