How to organize access to the scanner on the local network?

Hello!
Friends, please give advice on how to set up a scanner from a computer on a home network.
Here's the problem:
1) HP Offecejet 4355 All-in-One MFP
Connected to a computer running XP (prints and scans without problems)
2) Only a network printer is installed on a computer running WIN 10 (prints BUT does not scan).
How can I make it possible to scan on WIN10 too?
