Additional Apple Keyboard Buttons under Windows 7

Given:
- Apple wired keyboard (aluminum, short, with Russian layout)
- Windows 7 PC

Task:
- to make the additional 'fn' and 'eject' buttons work

Actually, the problem is that the operating system does not want to know about the existence of the above buttons. I use the SharpKeys program to reassign buttons, but the buttons are not defined in it. Interestingly, by pressing 'fn' Windows still wakes up.
Googling leads to the InsanelyMac forum topic . Some of the uploaded files from there do not work for me, some are not installed.
Maybe someone has already encountered and already successfully found a solution?
