How to fix macbook power supply?

DD. The macbook power supply cable was completely torn:

I ordered the cable from Ali, but such reviews are embarrassing:

because of this cord, the macbook burned out, it is without grounding to the case.

I don’t rummage around in this at all, but if we use a regular plug (as in the photo), can there be grounding? I thought it needed three contacts. And yes, the new Chinese cable has two cables, while the original has three (the last one goes around). I won’t do it myself, I read the block, it’s not so easy to open it, I thought which workshop to give, but I decided to clarify .. it might be cheaper to take a new block)
Maybe someone already had experience with this. As an option, take a magsafe2 to usb-c adapter and a 45w usb-c power supply (like on mine)

Yes, it's cheaper to buy a used original - 25 bucks is now the maximum. China set the cable for itself in the same way, worked with it for a year and it covered itself. If you buy a cable + in the service, then you will get 20 bucks ...
