Why does my iPhone slow down and there is no sound when connecting AirPods Pro? As soon as you put the earbuds back into the case, everything starts working well again.

Try resetting your AirPods.
With the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds until the status light blinks amber.
Please let me know if it helps or doesn't help.
