Do I need to fully discharge the AirPods to build up the battery?

I bought an airpods pro today, I don’t use it often, usually during workouts.
The question is, how harmful is it to the battery in the airpods themselves that I periodically put them in a case that charges them, or is there any way to turn off the charge from the case?

Just use it, after 2 years any wireless headphones die anyway.
Given that the cost of airpods is about 12 thousand, then for 2 years it is 16 rubles per day, the cost of operation.

Battery drain is a myth.

Briefly:
a full discharge-charge, if done occasionally, approximately once a month, may allow the battery controller to better calculate the remaining charge (if the controller can do this).
If you do it often, the battery will wear out faster.
Partial charge-discharge of modern lithium batteries with a controller practically does not harm (at least to a noticeable extent).

You'll pierce your ears faster than you'll kill the battery in them. They were designed to be carried in a case. No one walks in their ears for 8 hours without a break every day.
Don't break your head.
+ everyone knows perfectly well that it is possible and necessary to kill the battery to zero, but not more than a couple of times a month
