How to find a GPS navigator for Ipad that supports custom maps in sqlitedb or ozf format?

Hello!
There is an offline map, with certain parameters that are not on public maps.
The format of the map is ozf, it is possible to convert it to sqlitedb.
There is an Ipad on which you need to work with these maps as with a regular navigator.
You need to find an application that allows you to do this.
Preferably free, or paid with a trial period - so that I can make sure that they work. Then you can buy.
